8/x 12:34am June 1, 2022 - first wind tunnel test winding down. The aero add-ons begin to take shape. The trained eye will recognize we did not compete as a 2022 Camaro, and several more changes are in store.

7/x Feb 2022 - Nextgen debuts in Cup competition on a track built inside a football stadium, things are very busy, Le Mans is on our minds but not on our worklist for quite some time. I have learned people like pictures so:

6/x And we're back: mid 2021 the project gains a valuable asset, IMSA President @JohnMDoonan1 While cars and parts are in our wheelhouse, Doonan brings the landscape and relationships of the sportscar world front and center.

5/x For context here, we’re now we’ll into 2021 on the timeline. NextGen debuts in NASCAR Cup competition in a few months. That is our first priority at all times, working through new car teething issues to ensure success.

4/x Scanning mass, engine power, tire grip and downforce we set the initial targets with Dallara. 100% downforce increase, 10% mass reduction, increase tire grip (rears mainly) and maintain power level. Easy.

3/x We returned to Dallara simulator, this time with AXR drivers Derani and Nasr who both knew the course at Le Mans. Still multiple seconds off the GTE pace and flying down the straights. With the help of Iain Watt and Gary Nelson of Action Express we began sensitivity analysis.

2/x Mid August 2020, a second P3 NextGen prototype built by Action Express Racing appeared unannounced at a Daytona test. We tested the NASCAR version of the road course with the extra chicane - most laps. We now had a direct comparison to GTD and GTLM lap times.

1/x Feb 26, 2020 - as COVID was about to become the topic in the US, we sat in the Dallara simulator in Indy with @landoncassill driving. On the center screen is the Dunlop bridge from Le Mans. Landon had never driven the circuit, we were roughly 10 secs off pace.
