港共政府於2003年前欲就《基本法》23條惡法立法，遭50萬香港市民人上街遊行反對而未能得逞。港共政府20年後，以國安法濫捕濫判民主派人士，在掃除所有反對派後又捲土重來，在為期只有一個月的假諮詢後，以「快刀斬亂麻」手法，將23條草案刊憲，同日不足3小時就在橡皮圖章的立法會首讀及二讀，相信很快就會三讀通過。

今次的「23條」比上次更為惡毒，判刑更重，羅織罪名更廣，如所謂叛亂、叛國罪，可判處終身監禁，間諜活動可判監20年﹐不披露他人意圖叛國者亦可判14年等。

我們是移居美國及世界各地的華人，眼看中共撕破「一國兩制」的假臉，香港正步向沉淪，數十萬香港人要捨棄生於斯長於斯的地方，投奔自由，但仍有數以百萬計的市民，被迫生活在港共統治下，失去民主自由，實在痛心疾首！
