@bryan_johnson How can I improve my sleep? I've struggled for years trying to sleep at 10pm whole traveling in hostels, usually sleep at 12am or 1M or later. My TSH is always in the 6-10 range while normal is under 5. My TSH goes back to normal during consistent periods of sleep.
