True developers are in touch with their communities, understand how crypto works, and will make changes necessary for the betterment of the project. They do not listen to the few praising anything they do. They listen to the critical critique for those giving feedback they asked for. @mannythehitman
Do not hold a pre-sale for kingdom. If the price tanks you will be blamed and seeing how it's funded by pre-sales and the distribution allows for tokens to be dispersed for rewards, holders will get dumped on. Also immediately get rid of the former devs as advisors. Anything they touch goes to 0. They are behind countless tokens being launched on saitamask/pro.
Form a group of community leaders and hold opinions like a Dao.
There are many OG like myself who deeply care about saitachain, and because I care I put myself out in the open to voice opinions.
YOU MUST CHANGE COURSE!
I have always stood for transparency and team-community interaction in any crypto project. I stand by following a roadmap, completion of set out utilities delivered on time. It's not a community that should make justifications for any development team who entered a inaccurate deliverable time-frame. While mistakes can be made, if it becomes the norm rather than the exception, an internal rework must come from it.
You should not turn your back if this is broken, but stand up and ask for the change. While some toxic individuals will say you don't have the right to suggest a complete recourse (as it's unpopular to support amongst the few who swallow anything their told) Transparency is paramount.
A development team does not hold god-like statue where they cannot do wrong. They answer to their communities and through history we have seen time and time again developers listening too late.
A GENERAL CALL TO TEAMS:
Be straight with your communities. The concern to downplay a situation is tempting, rather than being transparent. Always have high interaction with your community and from the top down deliver strength through leadership. Never promote toxic individuals who attack others while trying to gain holders and promote positivity. These do not align. Lastly, none of you are too busy to be in the trenches with your communities daily. It's part of building and part of the job, not just code or delegating code creation.
@Spigg1115 But what about #SaitaCard and #USDC ?? Also, what happened to the partnership in #Kenya and #SouthSudan ?? I havenโt been to the spaces so my apologies if these things have been addressed already
