2.以前注册了BG U卡的的人，原则上不能再申请了。但是可以试试看护照/身份证，换一个试试。不行就找家人试试。

进去以后点 Bank，然后点开始，向钱包充值 0.0001 ETH（Arbitrum 链）作为 Gas 费。
从交易所（如币安、欧易）或者其他钱包提现 ETH 到该地址网络选择：Arbitrum One，或者是将此二维码转给币圈的朋友，让朋友转账。

同时存入 11 USDC，后续用于激活卡片
