@Delta Frustrating experience checking bags today. We had an overweight bag (55 lbs) and was made to pay $100 extra. Which is outrageous but understandable. It would have been acceptable but the person beside us had an overweight bag and and was not charged.

@WBGamesSupport 727943 has video and all information. It seems all other tickets have been closed by Ant at customer support (715579, 719519, 724520, 724530).

@WBGamesSupport Have logged 5 tickets via GOT game and not getting replies on an issue I am having with data corruption on my account. Is there a phone number for support or an escalation path to help get resolved?

@C_Michaud12 Think I have the same problem. Can not feed your dragon with out getting out of sync errors and then game crashes? Did you get it resolved?
