Medicare for All isn’t free. It’s over thirty trillion dollars in new taxes the first decade — that’s twenty thousand dollars plus per household every year, forever. No private option. Longer waits. Less choice of doctors. Provider pay cuts. In Canada and the UK, cancer treatments and specialist care can take months or even years. “Free” just means the bill hits your paycheck instead of your premium.
Lie down with dogs, wake up with fleas. “Democrats for Mike Rogers” is a cancer on the GOP.
They spent a decade smearing Trump with no substance. He won anyway. Same smear campaign against El-Sayed isn’t landing.
The real choice is clear. Capitalism lifts people up—creating jobs, driving innovation, and delivering lower prices through competition. More government means less freedom and less innovation. Socialism and endless government overreach crush incentives, bloat bureaucracy, and leave families paying more for groceries, rent, and everything else while their paychecks shrink.
El-Sayed’s “healthcare for all” sounds nice until you look at the real cost. Government-run healthcare means massive tax hikes, rationed care, longer wait times, and lower quality for everyone. We’ve seen it fail in other countries—why would Michigan want that?
And then there’s the bigger threat. El-Sayed’s embrace of Sharia law is fundamentally incompatible with our Constitution. You can’t have both. One has to give. Michigan deserves a leader who puts the Constitution first, not radical ideologies.
Rogers has the policies that actually work. He needs to say it constantly. El-Sayed’s vision does the opposite. And his character matters too.
Issues over noise. Michigan deserves better.
