Parents of #ParentalAlienation:
I recommend Shelby’s Podcast. She is an alienated mom & her perspective on the healing from PA helps.
I hope this may help you like it had helped me. 🙏 https://t.co/0c2T9vlOLp
What i tell every new client who comes to me furious at their ex:
1: they always arrive with a case file. every hostile text, every court date, every manipulation tactic. and i get it — it's real, it's awful, and they need to say it out loud…

Parental alienation doesn't just break your heart. It rewires your nervous system to stop wanting things.
EP 193 of Beyond the High Road is about getting that back. https://t.co/CAqll8pwE0

@bthrcoaching is the best!
I found Beyond the High Road after listening to close to a hundred other podcasts on parental alienation. Nothing else came close to what Shelby brings to the table. Her story, her strength, and the way she breaks things down make you stop and really think about yourself and your situation. I went from feeling absolutely crushed about losing my kids to realizing I could actually become someone better through all this. Shelby doesn’t just talk about the pain and effects of alienation—she gives you the tools to thrive, and she shows you what’s possible when you do the work to rebuild yourself.
Her insights into the human mind and heart are on a whole different level. She’s been through so much, and yet she’s so strong. Every episode leaves me in awe of her resilience, and it makes me want to grow into that same kind of strength. Honestly, I want to be like her when I grow up. If you’re struggling with parental alienation or narcissistic abuse—or even if you’re just trying to figure out how to move forward in life—this podcast will speak to you in ways you didn’t know you needed. Shelby is a gift, and Beyond the High Road deserves all the recognition it can get. #ParentalAlienation #narcissistabuse
The assessment triangle below should be used to identify the interplay between the three domains to assess the child's needs and form a judgement regarding the level of need.
@Sheffanessea1 Bc ask me back then, and I’d have told you that a child would make everything better (now, pls know that my child turned the lights on in my world.. still does, even no contact. She’s worth all of it and more. But YGMP).
@Sheffanessea1 I agree. It’s a great plan & we should pursue. Here’s the thing tho: would you have heard it back then? The mind will only process the data it’s ready to believe.
