It was such a joy to explore the answers to questions I inherently know the answers to but rarely get the time to reflect on, let alone share.

"They're thrust into a world that's too much for them, too young"
Social media played a part in the deaths of both 14 year old Molly Russell and 13 year old Olly Stephens.
Now, their parents have met for the first time, to discuss online safety for children ⬇️
April's death was a "wake up call," says our CEO Susie Hargreaves who also praised the "bravery and courage" of April's family "to do everything they could to ensure it would not happen to any other children". https://t.co/79iMQCXF93
Shoutout to every mentally and physically exhausted mom of teens who worries herself sick wondering if she's getting this parenting gig right.

Thank you Baroness Ritchie for highlighting today in the House of Lords the importance of child safety online and for asking for a summit to bring forward a plan of implementation to prevent children from being abused online.
Fantastic advice from @IWFhotline on how to:
- Talk to your child about online #CSA
- Start the conversation & listen to their concerns
- Be honest in an age-appropriate way
- Handle difficult questions
- Avoid judgement, blame or shame
- Suggest someone else they could talk to
There's never an ‘ideal’ time to talk about online child sexual abuse. But not talking about it at all could make the difference between your child being safe, or not. Head to our website for more tips on how to start the conversation: https://t.co/pbGZk5gHBt

“5 Ways Senior Leaders Can Better Support SENDCos”
This is a brilliant article written by @NDempseyDTA. The insight that is shared is priceless and is not restricted to being beneficial to just the leadership team, in my opinion. Well worth a read!
