Have an experimental setup for playing around with Conway's Game of Life as a seed of a larger generative project.
Currently set up with manual time control (from outside the simulation), age based hue selection for living cells, pattern spawning, and custom rulesets.
@Wattenberger Breaks cross-site caching of the files so again it's tradeoffs. It doesn't have slashed zero and cv11 baked in which you're using. The inline version can just be a fallback until the font files are loaded or FontForge can copy the relevant glyphs into the subset to match things.
@Wattenberger I created a URI encoded Inter font subset (woff-zopfli, cv08 baked in) to include inline to avoid "flash of unstyled text" on uncached page load. Pick your poison (50kb inline vs FOUT) but thought you might be interested! https://t.co/5n30qF3p2C
