Revamping my brand and getting back into the scouting / recruiting space in high school basketball! Formerly known as Small Market Recruiting I have changed my brand to help players get to the level they want to get to. Welcome to Beyond the Rankings!
Lionel Toscanini (2028) just knows how to play the game. Plays with energy and enthusiasm, sees the floor well, and consistently makes winning plays. Unselfish, high-IQ player who values team success over highlights — and genuinely fun to watch compete.
Isaiah Ricks ('29) is a coach on the floor type guard who directs the action and consistently makes the right read and can score when he calls his own number.
Cooper McElroy (2028) is just solid. He's a reliable scorer with a confident stroke from mid range and deep. Effective one-dribble pull-up game, team first mentality consistently making the winning play
Ian Miller (2028) plays with a high motor and consistently plays the game the right way. Moves well without the ball, makes the extra pass, and stays poised in pressure moments. Unselfish competitor with strong late-game composure and winning instincts.
Yaddiel Sanchez (2028) is a playmaker who consistently impacts winning. Relentless on the offensive glass, keeps the offense flowing with crafty ball movement, and has a strong feel for recognizing and exploiting mismatches.
Malachi Fernandez (2029) is a skilled two-way guard with impressive size and length who handles it exceptionally well for his frame. He has range, active hands defensively, and slips in from the perimeter to use his size effectively on the offensive glass.
Tre Sutton (@atlanta_select) is off and running again this morning. He’s such a smooth scorer while being an explosive athlete which is a rare combination. He just threw down a monster poster dunk that had the gym shook.
Ray Herring (@stepintoourlane) is an impressive athlete with a ton of upside. He threw down one of the best poster dunks I’ve seen all spring. A guard who can impact the game in a lot of ways and scores it at a high level in the open floor.
Alex Ayala (HWPO) is a slashing wing who plays high above the rim. He had a couple really impressive coast to coast buckets this morning. A prospect that has a lot to work with.
Kamarie Parker (@WLE2028Parson) is a two way scoring guard that shines with confidence in high pressure situations. He scored it on an efficient clip this afternoon by slicing his way to the bucket and making some athletic finishes around the cup.
Christian Grant (@NGUATL) is a solid shooter from beyond the arc giving him the ability to play the one or two guard spot. He has a tight handle and a high level of confidence that makes him super effective in the half court. Has the word winner written all over him. He finished with 11p and connected on 3 triples.
2027 Miles Wilder (@RedlineHoops) is a stocky guard with a lot of upside. Fresh off a breakout Junior year with the @GaForceReport. He is doing a lot of the little things that help his teams win. Wilder should be set for an impressive senior campaign.
Yehor Koshelev (2028) is a 6'11 big with impressive strength and physical presence. Catches everything cleanly, finishes strong at the rim, and runs the floor hard to capitalize on transition opportunities. High-upside prospect with tools that translate.
