@UScellularCares have been trying for 6 days to get my daughter’s phone switch from one carrier to USCellular and every time we call back they need to submit a new request. How hard it is to give you our business.

@JetBlue disappointed on flight being cancelled by one day. Then try to get better seats that are open and am told no. You inconvenience our family vacation I think the least you can do is give us better seats that weren’t occupied yet but they needed to make more money.
