SWIM deserves Record of the Year and Song of the Year.
BTS deserves to sweep the main categories and take home awards for

the only thing armys can really do at this point in keep the album alive. don’t partake in negative conversations about the album, keep streaming and don’t let it fall off the charts and keep voting and hyping up those insider choices when arirang in mentioned

So among ARIRANG'S every single competition for grammy AOTY I only see ARIRANG which has a perfect balance bw commercial success & critical score.
This is why they are calling it THE STRONGEST contender for album of the year. Everybody needs to wake tf up.
Recording Academy member, Adam Birson, discusses BTS at the upcoming Grammys:
"BTS ARMY should push them to win Album of the Year instead of being marginalized in the Best Asian Pop category. It's great for smaller artists to get recognition, but BTS is too big and important to get stuck in this trap."
Armys push ARIRANG for AOTY
— talk about it's artistry, from the lyrics to everything about it
— hype posts that praises ARIRANG
— talk bout ARIRANG's commercial success
— give ARIRANG songs visibility using any platform
— keep it strong on charts
Recording Academy member Adam Merter Birson says BTS should only be competing in the top categories at the Grammys:
“BTS ARMY should push for them to win Album of the Year, not be marginalized in a Best Asian Pop category. It’s great for smaller artists to get recognized, but BTS is way too big and important to fall into this trap.”
Into the sun has left the spotify global chart,
-‘Please’ ‘One more night’ and ‘Merry go round’ are also yet to re-enter
- Aliens can also leave the chart
-Swim and Arirang as whole lost streams.
Please stream Arirang, that is how you keep in visible, the energy yesterday should have been spent here.
"Aliens" is the ultimate, unapologetic power move from a group that has officially outgrown the need for Western validation.
Grammys treating BTS like 'ALIENS' in their own industry is exactly why the song 'ALIENS' had to be made. It’s a brilliant, sarcastic flip-off to overt industry gatekeeping that proves BTS doesn't need mainstream validation, they define their own narrative.
Namjoon Aliens verse:
"It goes, let me, honey, talk about the business
Everybody know now where the K is
How far are we taking this? Dammit
Still cursing us out? Misfortune turns into blessings
Pardon me, Kim Gu seonsaengnim, tell me how you feel
I'm the only one who can speak English, but that is how we kill
You guys with those big eyes say
Are they for real? For real?"
