Five weeks ago @phantom botched my now $370,000 Zibec Network token purchase, and I’m still waiting for my tokens or funds. Seems their system sent my transaction to @MeteoraAG which was low in liquidity. Anyone else facing similar issues with Phantom Wallet? How can you use Meteora, their customer support never gets back to you. What kind of company is this?
3 1/2 weeks and still hasn’t resolved my $300,000 ZBCN purchase that I did everything correct and Phantom has screwed me as they chose this route using @MeteoraAG
Not only haven’t I received my dam tokens or funds I just lost 40% in gains on what my investment would’ve been today!
Phantom wallet and Meteora man is really messed up.

They now screwed me in a nice 40% return that I would’ve made with my purchase that I never received!
No answer or contact from @MeteoraAG which it looks like my funds/tokens are stuck?
@phantom support finally returned an email after 10 days of not answering, with the same crap stating their recovery team is investigating the issue.
@phantom is fully liable for this transaction as they chose the route of the transaction and of course they took their fees before anything.
@phantom @MeteoraAG users be extremely cautious using their services.
This is complete BS!

If any has experienced similar issues with Phantom Wallet, all the help is appreciated
