Paid for First Class reserved seats. App showed our train delayed to 09:08. We arrived at 09:00.
Staff told us the train had already left.
No app update. No notification. No announcement.
I appreciate the staff trying to get us to our destination, but this is a system failure.
If the official SNCF/Eurostar app changes a departure time, passengers rely on it.

@Delta really appreciate how you rebook a family on different planes with no notice then after 1hr on the phone are still not together and told to call back in 2 days and try again. This is all while making it sound like a privilege to get any seat when you booked 3mo in advance.

@FairmontHotels truly disappointed in your Pittsburgh hotel. Booking a room months ago arrive at midnight and to be handed a printed note say sorry we gave your room away please go to a different hotel. Your company really cares about customers o wait I mean you don't care bit
