@Qantas I’ve been trying to use my lounge vouchers for the past week but it keeps showing as error in the app and on desktop. Multiple calls to call centre are met with we don’t know, maybe it’s IT issues. What’s the point of being a loyal customer if the benefits can’t be used?
@Qantas I’ve been trying to use this legitimate benefit as per existing rules but Qantas app and website appears to be sneakily disabled before the rules change to deny this benefit?
@Qantas Also including response from frequent flyer team at Qantas for transparency so that this issue that may affect other members are not swept under the “DM” carpet. Basically the frequent flyer team is saying tough luck the rules changed. But when did it change? 1/7/2026?
@Qantas hi Qantas, I have a reservation for flights that is departing in less than 48 hours but still have not received my e tickets. Could you please escalate and get this issued asap.

@BupaAustralia Thanks @BupaAustralia but what about a reduction of existing premium for the next 6 months. I cannot access dental, massage etc due to Covid-19. I’m just getting charged without possibility of using my cover.
