It has been just a month since we shared our roadmap for global Cardano adoption.
Since then, progress has been steady across every focus area, from Web3 integrations and real-world assets to decentralized governance and education.
Here is how progress is unfolding across each key area.
Cardano × Web3:
Strategy and target integrations for 2026 are now aligned, creating a clear path for enterprise and ecosystem collaboration. Recruitment for new technical and ecosystem roles is underway, expanding the Foundation’s capacity to support scalable integrations and developer engagement.
Real-World Assets (RWA):
Having successfully aligned with x402 sponsors, finalization and implementation of standards is now in progress. The Foundation continues to work closely with community contributors to refine frameworks that promote transparency, interoperability, and practical adoption of tokenized real-world assets on Cardano.
Decentralized Finance (DeFi):
Vendor selection is complete and agreements have been finalized (confidential for now). Binding KPIs and performance metrics are being finalized. These measures are designed to track progress, ensure accountability, and reinforce the integrity of ongoing DeFi initiatives within the Cardano ecosystem.
Promotion & Education:
The Binance × Cardano Academy integration is now live, bringing accessible blockchain education to a global audience. Over 32,000 learners have already completed the course since launching.
The Foundation has also released a range of new courses, resources, and video content, each aimed at improving blockchain literacy and illustrating real-world use cases for Cardano.
Governance Decentralization:
Methodology and DRep lists have been completed. The next phase, delegations, will be introduced before the end of 2025.
The Foundation remains focused on transparency, measurable outcomes, and consistent delivery across each area of our roadmap and will continue to share progress updates regularly.
