Twice they said it’s would be sorted it still hasn’t mum is in heart failure and her anxiety is worse because she is cut off from communication but BY don’t care. They take her money though

@blagbrough31436 @bt_uk My mums has not worked since Saturday. Told they were coming out today. No one turned up after phoning them to be told it’s an outside issue but they are not coming out for another 6 days. Mum lives n Birmingham

@qvcuk I bought garden lights from QVC not even a year has passed. They cost me nearly £100. 2 of the lights don’t work. I emailed them to be told no refund, no replacement offered. I think it’s absolutely disgusting a company that makes a lot of money have responded this way
