Our sister project led by our PI @SophiaAmenyah is exploring #inequalities in #nutrition and #healthyageing in older African adults. The findings will provide insights to co-design interventions to promote healthy ageing through nutrition @BournemouthADRC @BU_Research @

Individuals from Black African communities often experience a complex nutrition landscape where they sometimes maintain their traditional diets but also adapt some key features of the UK/Western diet and food culture.
