ጠቅላይ ሚኒስትር ዶ/ር አብይ አህመድ @AbiyAhmedAli ከ20 ዓመታት በፊት የኢትዮጵያ ፌደራል ፖሊስን ዘመናዊ ተቋም ለላድረግ ምን መሰራት እንዳለበት የተናገሩት ንግግር ነው:: ፌደራል ፖሊስ አሁን ለደረሰበት ብቃትና ዘመናዊነት የጠቅላይ ሚኒስትሩ የዛሬ 20 አመት ንግግርን ቁልጭ አድርጎ የሚያሳይ ነው::

ዝም ተብሎ ብሎ አራት ኪሎ ቤተ መንግስት አልተገባም:: በዕውቀት፣ በትጋት፣ በራዕይ እና በመሪነት ብቃት ነው አራት ኪሎ ቤተ መንግስት የሚገባው።

በወቅቱ ከእሳቸው በዕድሜና በልምድ የሚበልጡ የመንግስት ኃላፊዎችን በማስተማር፣ የቴክኖሎጂና የዘመናዊ አስተዳደር እውቀትን በማስረዳት እና ለሀገር ተቋማት ራዕይን በማስጨበጥ ሰርተዋል።

በአጭሩ መልዕክቱ የሚለው፦ ስልጣን በወሬ፣ በሐሜት ወይም በጦርነት አይገኝም፤ እውነትን እና ተስፋን ይዞ በመስራት፣ በመማር እና በማስተማር ህዝብን በስራ በተግባር በማሳመን ነው ሀገር የሚመራው እና ትልቅ ኃላፊነት መድረስ የሚቻለው።

Good News : የእናቱን አስክሬን በቤት አስቀምጦ፣ የእናቱን የመጨረሻ ምኞት እና ቃል ለማክበር ከቀብር በፊትም ሆነ ከቀብር በኋላ ለ8ኛ ክፍል ሚኒስትሪ ፈተና የተቀመጠውን ታዳጊ ካሊድን ዛሬ በስልክ አግኝቼዋለሁ።

ካሊድ ከሁለት ታናናሽ ወንድሞቹ ጋር ከእናቱ ሞት በኋላ ከባድ የሕይወት ሸክም ተሸክሟል። የወንድሞቹን እንክብካቤና የቤተሰቡን ኃላፊነት በልጅነቱ ትከሻ ላይ ለመሸከም ተገዷል።

ካሊድን በአካል ለመገናኘት ቀጠሮ ይዘናል። ከእርሱ ጋር በቀጥታ ከተገናኘን በኋላ ያለበትን ሁኔታ በተሻለ መልኩ ተረድተን፣ እኔና አንድ የቅርብ ወዳጄ ተመካክረን ካሊድና ወንድሞቹ እንዳይቸገሩ፣ ትምህርታቸውን እንዲቀጥሉ እና የሚያስፈልጋቸውን ድጋፍ ለማድረግ አስበናል።

በዚህ አጋጣሚ ካሊድን እንዳገኝ በትጋት የተባበረኝን ወዳጄ ጋዜጠኛ ሲማ (ዳጉ ኦርጅናል) ከልብ ላመሰግነው እወዳለሁ።

በተጨማሪም ካሊድ የሚማርበትን ትምህርት ቤትና ያለበትን ሁኔታ በተመለከተ በስልክ አብረውኝ የተወያዩና ጠቃሚ መረጃ የሰጡኝን የኤካ ጣፎ ክፍለ ከተማ ትምህርት ቤቶች ጽሕፈት ቤት ኃላፊ አቶ ደረጀ ዱጉማንም ልዩ ምስጋናዬን አቀርባለሁ።

በመጨረሻም ካሊድን በአካል ከጎበኘን በኋላ ስለሚኖሩ ቀጣይ ሁኔታዎችና ስለምንደርጋቸው ነገሮች ይበልጥ መረጃ እናካፍላችኋለን።

ካሊድን እንዳገኝ በመረጃ፣ በምክርና በቅን ልብ የተባበራችሁኝ ሁሉ ከልብ አመሰግናለሁ። የእናንተ ሰብአዊነትና ቸርነት ተስፋ የሚሰጥ ነው። ምስጋናዬ ለሁላችሁም ይድረስ። 🙏🏾
