FFK has now set his eyes and fangs on Kaduna state.

I pity those Southern Kaduna folks who might think FFK loves them. They should go and ask some of my Igbo/South East brethren how fast FFK dumped them without looking back the minute he saw that food was ready on the other side - after deceiving and misleading them with his pseudo love and solidarity.

August last year, a man reached out and invited me to his house somewhere in Abuja.

He is a very prominent and wealthy man.

He said to me " Dr Felix, I have never joked with my health. I run routine tests twice a year. I don't know where this prostate cancer came from."

This is where most people, including the mainstream medical establishment gets it wrong.

The commonest cause of cancer is smoking. The next commonest cause is overweight/obesity.

What is in obesity that causes cancer? Insulin resistance!

How do you check for insulin resistance? By doing a fasting insulin test and calculating HOMA IR.

Medical schools don't teach this, doctors don't request the test, most labs do not even know a test like that exists.

This was what was missing in the man's routine tests.

If his doctor knew the link between insulin resistance and cancer they would have at least pointed him to it.

The man was on the big side with a 'big man' abdomen.

I could see and smell the insulin resistance from a distance.

When we finally assessed his insulin, it was not only high, it was in the diabetic range.

With the insulin and HbA1c, we diagnosed type 2 diabetes in addition to prostate cancer.

That's was when the real treatment began..

To achieve any meaningful success in a cancer associated with insulin resistance, you MUST reverse the insulin resistance.

No oncologist looks for or even consider this in their treatments.

Let me try and explain why cancers happen and why anyone reading this Tweet can have Cancer BUT you can lower your risk.

Let's start with What happens in the normal body.
Everyday you are alive, your cells are dividing and performing functions. every part of your body is made of cells with different roles.

The body has a clock , every cell has a born date and has a destruction date. there are 2 ways the body destroy cells.
One way is When it is time, the body tells cells...IT IS TIME. You need to die. There are some soldiers that go and destroy these cells that are worn out, some cells die themselves because it is time. A process called APOPTOSIS.

The body just like every machine can make mistakes, while dividing some cells might have abnormal parts or missing parts, BUT It has a Checkpoint. Any cells that are abnormal don't pass this gate. right there... BOOOM. The body destroys them. You don't want abnormal cells DIVIDING

BUT CANCER
Same cells, but when it is time to die, they don't die, these cells become like Methuselah, omnipotent. they are living forever.

Some funny things about them, if normal cells are dividing at a rate of 1, cancer cells are diving at a rate of 1 million. if 1 cells can divide to 10, cancer cells can divide to 1 billion.

For every cell there is a gate, so you don't enter into another cell.
Cancer cells are like those boys driving Lexus ES 350 2009, they crash into everyone. something called METASTASIS

Cancer cells get so powerful, they dodge the soldiers, the body is trying to kill them. they are too powerful, too much, traveling at a speed of light.

BUT WHY DO CANCER CELLS happen?
from everything explained you will see anything that can damage cells can increase these cells from behaving abnormal
- From problem of the body itself, radiation, family history, some substances can directly cause the cells to cancer eg Asbestos used in Roof- Lung Cancer, smoking- lung and more, alcohol- liver cancer etc

we also know there are some viruses, bacteria etc that can make cells turn to cancer eg
HIV- Many cancers
H pylori- Cancer of the stomach
HPV- Cancer of the cervix, penis, oesophagus, throat and more....

so in summary you can see why anyone can have cancer, which are abnormal cells dividing abnormally and can travel distance anywhere....

BREAKING: Mallam Nasir El-Rufai has filed a fresh N10 billion suit against the Independent Corrupt Practices and Other Related Offences Commission (ICPC).

The ex-governor instituted the suit against the ICPC for allegedly preventing him from having access to his wife, Mrs Aichatou Asabe, and son, Abba El-Rufai, while in custody.

El-Rufai, in the suit filed by his lawyer, Ubong Akpan, also named the ICPC chairman and the Attorney-General of the Federation (AGF) as 2nd and 3rd defendants.

The originating motion, marked FHC/ABJ/CS/1852/2026 and filed on Aug. 13, was sighted on Sunday by the News Agency of Nigeria (NAN) in Abuja.

The detained ex-governor, who alleged that his wife and son were denied to see him, sought nine reliefs. He prayed the court to declare that his fundamental human rights guaranteed under Part IV of the 1999 Constitution (as amended) remain inviolable and in force notwithstanding his detention by the commission and should be honoured.
He prayed the court to declare that his repeated refusal and/or prevention from access to his family members while in custody, particularly to provide him with food, medication and other necessities, without any lawful justification or court order, breached his rights.

He said these rights are guaranteed under Sections 34 and 37 of the Constitution and Articles 5 and 18 of the African Charter on Human and Peoples’ Rights.

El-Rufai sought a declaration that the physical restraint, intimidation and treatment meted out to Asabe and Abba by ICPC’s officers on July 7, as well as their alleged arbitrary interference with the spousal and filial relationship, amounted to a violation and breach of his right to the dignity of the person as well as his right to private and family life.
He sought “a declaration that the respondents’ continued denial of family access without lawful authority is unconstitutional, illegal, null and void.

This was me a few years ago. One of my fellow interns asked if I'd love to work with TotalEnergies.

I love FREEDOM.

I earned $120K a year working for Shell in 2012.

Ten years and multiple promotions later, in 2022, that figure has doubled to $240K a year.

In 2023, I stumbled on an internal, confidential, document that showed the salaries of my superiors.

I saw that even if I were promoted multiple times again, the best I could hope for in another 10 years was another doubling to around $480K a year.

This may sound crazy saying it out loud but that wasn’t cutting it for me.

In 2024, my businesses grossed $500K; in 2025, they did $1M - geometric progression.
