If you are pro-competition, why do your biggest members do everything possible to prevent brand manufacturers from offering rebates through @costplusdrugs like they do your members ?
Why do you threaten to remove them from formularies if they deal with us ?
Answer: you know that our 15 pct markups would collapse your margins on brand name meds. Just like we have down for specialty generics and biosimilars.
You know that we would save taxpayers tens of billions of dollars. Because you know that plan premiums would drop as competitors used our pricing instead of yours.
Patient co-insurance and out of pocket would drop as well.
Hey @elonmusk , I got your @doge savings right here.
Look! I can also be a 🤡 and make up some complete BS too.
PSA: if your doctor tells you they don’t have any availability for an appt, it’s their responsibility to find another Dr that can see you in a timely manner.
…see what I did there?
Just got an eScript for Levaquin 500 tid for 7 days.
I should just 'put it in the bag bro'.... right?
Gonna put a pamphlet for some dialysis clinics in the bag too for when their kidneys decide to explode.
Just got off the phone with @OptumRx asking why they're still forcing commercial insurance plans into mail order, when the new law (SB188) passed KY prohibits that.
I was given no response as to why but assigned a case # and assurance it would be handled in 24-72 hours. I asked what the patient should do since they need their medicine today. The optum supervisor said they should figure it out or go without medicine until this is resolved and yes, I have this recorded.
This person pays for their insurance and cannot get their medicine covered at our pharmacy, which is permitted per the law.
Patient care last and the bottom line first it seems.

Dear Patients,
You might not like the price even after a prior authorization is completed. Approval does not mean cheap or free. It’s not the pharmacy’s fault. Your insurance hates us both.
Sincerely,
The Pharmacy Staff
@mcuban @costplusdrugs saved @MultiCareHealth $1 million in 6 months. Employers and municipalities should look into this for their plans as a good fiduciary should. https://t.co/v0UgewttDc
PBMs charged Medicaid (taxpayers) $147 for a heartburn med. PBM only paid the pharmacy $17 & pocketed $130 for themselves as payment processors. Imagine buying milk & paying the credit card co $130 for processing. Only corruption would allow this to continue.

Alabama & Michigan will play in @ReliaQuestBowl, sources told @ActionNetworkHQ. It’s a rematch of last year’s @CFBPlayoff semifinal
