Hey @AmericanAir nice work on really screwing your consumer. I achieve status to only have none of it matter if I book a basic economy flight. Spend enough for a companion certificate only to have every date blacked out. Nice to have my loyalty rewarded. #monopoly

@AmericanAir What isn’t ideal is offering benefits for only certain segments because your company is greedy. All while penalizing your loyal customers.
