Culver City just took 3 big steps toward more affordable homes!
🏡 legalized buying and selling ADUs
🏗️ created a fast track for projects with 20% or more affordable homes
🏙️ approved 1,077 more homes (78 for very low-income)

She's obsessed with the small things (streetlights, sidewalks). She course-corrects when data tells her to, which is exactly what she did on ULA. And she votes for the city's interest, not for whoever's loudest in her ear.

sure there’s decades of peer reviewed studies showing that homelessness is caused by a lack of affordable housing but on the other hand the dude from I’m a celebrity get me out of here says its not so idk who to believe
every major corpo opened up the money faucet when they saw steyer as the potential candidate over becerra. says something to steyers credibility on the labor side in spite of his immense wealth ngl.

Politicians - especially Dems - should pledge not to take AI money.
They are buying up influence ahead of the midterms, and Dems who take AI $ will lose authority and trust as the public bears the cost.
Their money will end up being toxic anyway. People are catching on.
