@TheLawnTools The massive chunk of concrete is from the original construction of the development. Often times trucks will just dump remainder of concrete in what was at the time dirt. It’s totally normal to see a 3’ x 3’ cured pile of concrete. Once final grade begins it gets buried and voila

@BarstoolNate Put it in number of hands played terms. His table is getting 20 per hour while other are getting 30 due to his constant delays. Ike’s issue on his play is mitigated by hand for hand play on bubbles. If not enforced by TD it’s advantageous of him to tank as long as possible.
