@CWaters_SAFC why has the criteria not been altered for these additional tickets when there are still 100-200 tickets left for sale under the current criteria for the last 3-4 days? Add International Subscriptions to it, or maybe STH to buy 1 extra maybe.

@SunderlandAFC Another dumb decision by the club. Pointless not altering criteria when still tickets left that have not been taken by STH in last few days. Should extend to either people with points and international subscriptions. Or STH allowed to buy 1 extra.

@CWaters_SAFC please try to take into consideration those with international subscriptions that may want tickets, hopefully before offering full general sale.

@CWaters_SAFC there should be another sale period tomorrow or Sunday that includes those with international membership/subscription to access the tickets that are currently being refunded. International subs pay just as much or more than some half STH or 6 game tickets.

@CWaters_SAFC the decision to cancel tickets for an error by TM is scandalous. And no actual club announcement to say that it would be happening so not to make plans. How do we get refunds for travel arrangements made by fans who had tickets unjustly cancelled?

@dfds_ukire why when I browse to the website on a laptop (using Chrome or Edge) I cannot see the section to actually make a booking? It only works on my iPhone through Safari browser.

Even tried resetting password and that doesn’t work either.
