When Honourable Prime Minister has himself recognised the quality of Civil Servants and congratulated them , It is sad that Railway Engineering Service Association are using derogatory language against fellow Civil Service Officers @PMOIndia
It's highly highly Uncivil, Unethical and Unbecoming of Public Servant. I humbly request @PMOIndia@RailMinIndia to take disciplinary action against signatories.
Are these very Railway engineers not promoting their kids to join civil services ? Why ?
IRAS association condemns the deplorable choice of words made in an official letter by the Engineering Services Associations. IR is a big family & hence let us dedicate ourselves to serving the nation with commitment & refrain from using derogatory statements against each other.
@SukirtiMadhav@IRTSassociation It is unethical for engineering services officers to make such remarks against their fellow officers. It might create disharmony among cadres and thus overall affecting professional output. Disciplinary action and a warning are much needed by MoR to such officers.
We deplore uncivil remark of Railway Engineering Services Associations in the letter reported in media. Best and brightest are recruited through the prestigious CSE. Officers have routinely quit Rly engg. services to join #IRTS even at loss of 2-3 years of seniority. #YestoReform
@AssociationIras I am surprised at the total lack of finesse and taste of our engineer colleagues. If we take a sample, 90% of them would have not made even to such low ranks amongst the Civil Services.
And the chaps do not know the BUSINESS of Railways is TRANSPORTATION, not engineering!
Fools!
IRAS Association condemns leaking of an internal document to the media on the view adopted by Engineering Services Associations. Instead of working collectively in a spirit of camaraderie that IR is known for, such stance destroys the sheer fabric of cooperation needed... (1\2)
The tug of war between technical & non-technical officers of Railway Service continues.
Calling fellow colleagues as "low-ranking candidates, who enter after several attempts at an old age" is utterly unprofessional and needs to be condemned @PMOIndia

On the occasion of Civil Service day, the Members of IRPS Association met and wholeheartedly endorsed the humane and historic initiatives taken under aegis of #CARUNA.
The members rededicated themselves to continue the #FightCovid19 with greater resolve.
