Missing items from delivery has made me make 2 phone calls and talk to 3 different people all because noone thinks a refund for the missing items plus enough to cover the cost of a new delivery is ok why should I be out of pocket because of someone else’s mistake

@LushLtd so my 9yr old son is obsessed with lush bath bombs! He think no other bath bomb compares to lush… do you do any events in which customers can attend and make their very own bath bomb or something similar he would be ecstatic if he could make his very own
