@cmackinlay @Se_Railway @networkrail Dreadful communication tonight. Conductors say get off at swanley and yet all apps and live boards say trains are running. Chaos and a very long journey home, had to be picked up eventually further up the line. 6k a year for the pleasure

@SteveWhiteRail Why are the networkers back on the evening sole street line trains after a year of not being? The hour journey home is unbearable even without the delays not to mention the trains are filthy. Last weeks broke down causing a significant delay. When will these trains be removed?

@cmackinlay @Se_Railway @SteveWhiteRail The 17.12 Victoria to meopham was dreadful, it missed two stops, the diversion was only announced AFTER and then we broke down sitting in heat with no air con on an old dirty networker. Eventually got to Bromley where we swapped trains. Dreadful way to treat people for 6k a year

@Se_Railway appalling service on the 17.12 from Victoria to meopham this evening. Disgraceful conditions, missed stops with no communication and now a broken down train. Networkers are not fit for use. Why do you treat your customers like this? My ticket is 6k a year

@Se_Railway not content with putting networkers back on the sole street like and treating us so badly the windows are now broken. No air con, no windows, just filthy hot trains for the next hour.
