When downloading invoice it is giving this message
Your receipt doesn’t have order id or bill no attached to it
During reimbursement our company do asks for it else it will be rejected
What is the solution to this
Help this remove the charges because I fidnt cancel it after sometime but at the time of placing order itself
Try improving your services, add a buffer time to cancel it because you are allowed to disable the cancellation at the time of placing order itself n order

I placed the order and tried cancelling the sane minute but it doesnt allowed me to cancel
Why? The minute i placed the order you guys started preparing the order

New connection deposit was already paid on 18th November 2025 via UPI
Your dept says they havent got the payment and it is not updated in systems, I have all the proofs
Why do you give option to pay in upi in your forms

No person have came to install the meter and the connection, you are fully aware about the cylinder issue
