Still no resolution for my UID 580234845 with @HTX_Global / @HTX_Support.
Submitted 1.2 GB video evidence & full KYC weeks ago, but the case remains hard-locked on REJECT ("user did not respond"). Front-line support loops auto-replies, Telegram admins decline manual recovery escalation.
