@AndyWoodturner I used to work in an industry with 90 day terms. Simple solution i used was price for 30 days, then 5% discount if paid in a weekand 10% if COD. Self selected for good customers, obviously my real price was the COD price. Within 3 months all customers went to COD. Good luck

@Tyler_Neville_ Do the maths. Housing taxes are high to find local services, but many pension liabilities are unfunded. So taxes must rise even if the population is stagnant as the pension group gets larger and lives longer. If the pensioners retire to Florida, the problem gets worse.
