10 years ago this month my debut album Human Spring was released 🌼 Today voting opens for one of the covers we played on the promotional tour of that album on @triplej Like a Version. We covered #frankocean’s Thinkin Bout You and had the time of our lives. We were given about 3 days notice to work out what song we’d cover, learn and rehearse and to get to the Triple J studios in #Sydney, with a sold out album launch show to get through in-between. We lost our drum kit on the way to NSW and spent the morning before our performance driving around the suburbs to other bands’ houses so we could have a kit for our performance, while I did my vocal warm ups in the back of the van.

You can now vote for that track in Triple J’s #LikeAVersion #Hottest100. There’s no way we will top this poll which includes 800 eligible tracks, some of which are just divine, but we do want to place in the poll. I’m voting for @dmasmusic cover of Believe by @Cher and @gangofyouths cover of Blood by The Middle East.
