@JP8185 When it comes to discipline, I wouldn't say that was a huge issue. I knew how to approach my team. However, with this group in particular, I felt that a new face would invigorate their desire to go the extra mile in practice - which was something that was beginning to diminish.

@JP8185 With that being said, I am too busy to provide them with the TLC that they need to continue to advance the girls' program. I wasn't able to scout or develop the in depth practice plans like I did in the years prior. This hurt us in some key games last year...
