Why must people in the community notes be so unnecessarily pedantic. ‘Greatness’ is subjective and naming conventions are as well. If I, as an American dude, walk up to you and say “I am American” are you not going to understand my meaning? And if I have pride in my country and believe it to be the best, how does the number of wars we were in change that? How many countries have never once been in a war? And what of the cause behind those wars? I can think of at the very least 3 that were fought in the name of freedom. Is that not a noble cause?
