@StudentRentPro Couple unique things to my school - dry campus and very little student housing right around there (school only recently became a residential school, used to be for commuters). Port Warwick was ~100 units of all student housing, great experience.

I lived here for two years in school. They were solid, 3 floors, first was kitchen/dining (beer pong), second was lofted living room, and each floor had bedroom with en-suite bath. About 2 miles from CNU so had to drive.
