Now she is officially back on her feet! In fact, she’s so thrilled to be alive that she literally will not stop running around the land. We’re trying to take nice photos to get her adoption profile ready, but she’s just zooming everywhere!

BREAKING: “UGLIFICATION!” New report from the National Park Service warns that Trump’s massive golden arch would negatively affect 37 historic sites in Washington DC.

The National Park Service just confirmed what critics have been screaming for months: Donald Trump's obsession with building the world's largest triumphal arch would inflict serious damage on nearly 40 of America's most sacred historic sites.

The NPS's own official assessment lists 37 locations that would be "adversely affected" by Trump's proposed monument — including the Lincoln Memorial, the Washington Monument, the U.S. Capitol, the Pentagon, the Thomas Jefferson Memorial, and the entire National Mall Historic District.

This isn't speculation from activists. This is the federal government's own Section 106 preservation review, which mandates that federal agencies consider the range of “undertakings” that would affect historic sites and monuments that are on or eligible for the National Register of Historic Places under preservation law.

The damage is spelled out in stark detail. The arch would physically obstruct "contributing views" along the Lady Bird Johnson Park Cultural Landscape and Arlington Memorial Bridge, permanently altering sightlines to Arlington House, the Lincoln Memorial, the Potomac River, and the bridge itself — a structure that symbolically represents America's reunification after the Civil War.

And remember, this thing is enormous. At 220 feet, Trump's arch would dwarf both Mexico City's Monumento a la Revolución and Paris's iconic 164-foot Arc de Triomphe. All so Trump can have the biggest arch in the world, regardless of what it destroys to get there.

Vietnam veterans have already sued to stop it, arguing the arch would loom over Arlington National Cemetery itself. Retired Army officer Gary Langston put it heartbreakingly: imagine visiting your fallen brother's grave, "and you're going to look up and you're going to see this thing looming over you. And then it's going to have a viewing stand with tourists looking down at you."

Rather than heed the NPS's own findings, Trump's handpicked Advisory Council on Historic Preservation just voted to gut the very public consultation requirements that produced this damning assessment — clearing the way to fast-track the arch and countless future projects, public input be damned.

America's most solemn monuments and burial grounds deserve protection, not a monument to one man's ego built directly on top of them.

We have them where people are on the side, cutting it with a box knife. So now I'm not saying I was 100% thrilled with the contractor, but the contractor was rushing. We wanted to get it open for July 4th. And we got it done. But in addition, there was mandalism. Number one, look at the grass, where the grass was all knocked out with a very powerful ingredient. We know very well what it is. But like I say, the name, because people get ideas. But they put a terrible phrase, I won't say that either, but a terrible phrase, on a massive piece of grass that we had just replaced. Kill the grass. We had to replace the grass. A lot of grass. In addition, they took knives or cutters, and they cut the material. And they put their hands and they pulled it. And there was also some maintenance things that we would have routinely fixed. But we had that up, and it was perfect. And then you had the bubblers, which get rid of what forms in the water. And that works great, but they turned it up because of the fight. Because it competed a little bit of noise during the fight. They turned it off, and it grows very rapidly in the water. But that actually works very well. And that's all. So now we're just about set to reopen it. And we had to replace cut areas where they cut it and ripped it. But there's a tape. And Jesse Wooders, by the way, did a whole big thing on it. There's a tape that's out there that I posted on truth. Where you have people leaning over the side, the weakest part, because of the flexibility. You know it moves. It's very complicated. It moves.
