@ChrisSmoove Thoughts on renting, with investment property and also investing aggressively? Seems like that’s the best of both worlds. That way you get exposure to housing market but have flexibility of renting

@_MG_ Couldn’t you make the argument that those renting have way more free time ( no home maintenance, cutting grass, repairs, snow removal) which would free up time for other hobbies?
