The jury has concluded another day of deliberations at Southwark Crown Court, with no verdict reached.

During today’s proceedings, jurors reportedly revisited witness statements as they continued considering the evidence.

The case has now been adjourned until 10 AM TOMORROW, WEDNESDAY 28 OCTOBER.

Tommy Robinson, whose legal name is Stephen Yaxley-Lennon, denies two charges of harassment causing fear of violence involving journalists Andrew Young and Jacob Dirnhuber.

THE WAIT FOR A VERDICT CONTINUES.

BREAKING: TWO MEN CHARGED UNDER NATIONAL SECURITY ACT FOLLOWING RAF FAIRFORD INVESTIGATION

Counter Terrorism Policing has announced a major development in the investigation into suspected Iranian-linked activity near RAF Fairford in Gloucestershire.

Two British nationals from Westminster, London, have now been charged.

Mohmed Abdulkarim, 24

Charged with allegedly assisting a foreign intelligence service under Section 3 of the National Security Act 2023.

Nouman Essghir, 24

Charged with allegedly entering or approaching a prohibited place for a purpose prejudicial to the United Kingdom under Section 4 of the same Act.

The charges follow an extensive counter-terrorism investigation surrounding RAF Fairford, a strategically important British military airbase used by American forces.

Police have previously stated that they consider Iranian state involvement highly likely.

SERIOUS QUESTIONS REMAIN.

What was the suspected intelligence operation intended to achieve?

Were military personnel or national security assets being targeted?

How was the alleged activity discovered?

And what additional security measures are being taken to protect sensitive British military installations?

These are extremely serious allegations involving the security of the United Kingdom.

Both men are charged, not convicted, and are entitled to a fair trial.

PRISONERS RELEASED EARLY — THEN HANDED TENTS TO SLEEP ROUGH?

A disturbing investigation published on 24 October has exposed serious concerns about Britain’s prison-release system.

A Probation Service whistleblower claims their office handed out approximately 100 tents over the previous year to people leaving prison without accommodation.

And this isn’t based on an anonymous account alone.

Berkshire charity The Inside Out Trust has documented providing more than 20 camping sets, including tents and sleeping bags, to people on probation.

LABOUR’S RESPONSE?

The government says handing prisoners tents is NOT official policy and acknowledges that tents are not an acceptable housing solution.

But its own figures reveal that just 83.3% of prison leavers were recorded as housed on their first night after release in the year to March 2026.

SERIOUS QUESTIONS NEED ANSWERING.

Why are people being released without somewhere safe to live?

How are probation officers expected to supervise offenders sleeping rough?

What happens to prisoners who are vulnerable or need urgent support?

Are councils and probation services fulfilling their legal duties under homelessness legislation?

And how will the government prevent homelessness from undermining rehabilitation and public safety?

THIS IS ABOUT MORE THAN PRISONERS.

It’s about protecting communities, reducing reoffending, treating people humanely and holding the government accountable.

People who have committed crimes must face the consequences. But once they are lawfully released, effective supervision and rehabilitation are essential.

A TENT IS NOT A REHABILITATION PLAN.

Footage circulating raised serious concerns following reports that a man stabbed a dog during a confrontation in a public street.

The video shows a woman on the ground as another individual moves away from the scene.

WHAT HAPPENED TO THE DOG?

Was the animal injured? Has the incident been reported to police? Has anyone been arrested?

There is absolutely no justification for deliberately attacking a defenceless animal.

If the reported stabbing is confirmed, those responsible must be held accountable.

We’re seeking further information about where and when this happened and the condition of the dog.

In 2013, Henning volunteered with a Muslim aid convoy to deliver food, water, and medical supplies to civilians in Syria. Shortly after crossing the border, he was kidnapped by ISIS fighters.

On October 3, 2014, the terror group released a video showing his execution by beheading at the hands of "Jihadi John."

A good man trying to help - murdered by the very extremists his convoy indirectly operated near.
