He was SHOT and KILLED by police.

Whether you like it or not, our government upholds white supremacist values, and you can find it in any subsection, in any level, in any field. We cannot use the system to destroy the system. We must rebuild and recreate, and black and brown voices must be leading the charge.

When we create legislation, we must do it so these laws do not criminalize, target, and police the victims. But gun safety laws or laws in general are not enough. We must actively work to end white nationalism, and we do this by holding our own government accountable.

People that are mentally ill r more likely to be the victims of gun violence rather than the perpetrators.

2/3 of gun deaths are suicides stop stigmatizing mental illness.
