Ubisoft is moving from DEI to AI.

Raashi Sikka, who previously led Ubisoft’s diversity and inclusion team, has been promoted to Chief AI Enablement Officer.

Ubisoft looks to use AI in its games, the company wants to make NPCs more realistic, improve how teammates behave, and create game worlds that react to players’ actions.

Ubisoft says AI is there to help developers, not replace them and find ways to use the tech in future games.
