I hosted Ararat Mirzoyan (@AraratMirzoyan), Minister of Foreign Affairs of 🇦🇲, at the Presidential Palace.

During the meeting, we discussed the political, economic, and cultural-educational relations between our two countries, as well as prospects for deepening bilateral cooperation. We also spoke about the planned visit of the President of 🇦🇲 to 🇬🇪, which is scheduled to take place in the near future.

It was noted that the Strategic Partnership Agreement signed in 2024 represents further evidence of the strong and friendly relations between 🇬🇪 and 🇦🇲 and paves the way for deeper and more comprehensive cooperation across all fields.

I emphasized that 🇬🇪 welcomes the initialing of the peace agreement between 🇦🇲and 🇦🇿. I expressed hope that, in the near future, 🇦🇲and 🇦🇿will formally sign the agreement, thereby elevating the positive development trajectory of the South Caucasus to a qualitatively new level and enhancing the region’s overall attractiveness. 🇬🇪 remains steadfast in supporting the process of establishing peace and stability in the South Caucasus and stands ready to continue contributing as needed.

I also thanked the Minister of Foreign Affairs of 🇦🇲 for 🇦🇲’s support of 🇬🇪’s sovereignty and territorial integrity, and I underscored that 🇬🇪unconditionally supports the sovereignty and territorial integrity of 🇦🇲.
