You’re wrong. It’s been 5 yrs US troops fighting ISIS with Kurds in Syria. I watched it start. Troops coming home? There weren’t ever many in Syria, and many of them were elite special ops on frequent short deployments, going home all the time. Isis trying to rebuild, not secure.
