Its been 6 days chasing with service engineer & they are not able to diagnose exact cause, already changed inlet and circulation motor and now PCB picked by them, please look into @hafeleindia for request IN_A230405-082. It's every 3-4 months phenomenon, seems product is faulty.

@hafeleindia Its a 29 june request IN_A210629-654.Can anyone from Hafele support help me with ETA for resolution of shared request. It's been 10days & we are chasing, everytime we are assured just 1day more and it will be fixed and every now and then a new problem is shared.
