BREAKING: PANIC! Trump SCRAMBLES at the last minute to block court order exposing his tax returns and business documents in BBC lawsuit.
Donald Trump sued the BBC for $10 billion. Now that lawsuit is about to expose exactly what he doesn't want anyone to see, and he's panicking in real time.
A federal judge overseeing the case ordered Trump to hand over tax returns, ownership documents, and financial statements dating back to 2023 for the Donald J. Trump Revocable Trust — the entity holding roughly 400 of his business entities. Trump had 10 days to comply. He waited nine of them, then asked the BBC for a voluntary extension. When they said no, his lawyers filed an "emergency" motion just one day before the deadline, desperately trying to freeze the order entirely.
Why the sudden panic? Because Trump's OWN lawsuit created this mess. He sued the BBC over a 2024 documentary that edited his January 6th speech, claiming it damaged "the value of his brand, properties, and businesses." That's exactly the language that opened the door to full financial discovery — Judge Enjoliqué Lett ruled the trust's records were directly relevant to assessing those claimed damages.
Now, realizing what he unleashed, Trump's team is scrambling to rewrite the complaint entirely, suddenly claiming he only wants damages for "reputational harm," not financial losses — even though he's still demanding a staggering $10 billion. BBC's attorney has already pointed out the obvious contradiction: Trump built his entire political brand around his supposed business success, so you can't claim reputational damage while hiding the finances that reputation is built on.
Trump's lawyers accused the BBC of having "political motivations" for wanting his financial records public. But Trump is the one who chose to sue. He's the one who claimed financial injury. And now that a judge has simply asked him to prove it, he's desperately trying to change the rules mid-game rather than open the books.
If Trump's emergency motion fails, his trust must hand over the records or face sanctions. Trial is set for February 2027, with the BBC also seeking to depose Trump under oath.
Sometimes the lawsuit really is the trap you build for yourself, and only someone as clueless as Dementia Donnie could not foresee the outcome of his litigation.

BREAKING: OMG! Trump's cronies just got busted setting up FAKE NEWSPAPERS in order to push their lies and misinformation!
While Donald Trump and his flunkies almost reflexively scream “fake news” at every piece of real reporting they don’t like, one of the Republican Party’s most powerful dark money groups has been busy creating ACTUAL fake news sites of its own.
One Nation – the Senate Republicans’ largest dark money organization – has quietly built at least six state-based websites that look like independent local news outlets.
The sites pose as independent local news organizations, and spend hundreds of thousands of dollars promoting their bogus stories directly into voters' Facebook and Instagram feeds, according to a new investigation by Popular Information.
In reality, these sites function as campaign vehicles for MAGA Senate candidates, pumping out glowing coverage and promoting it through Facebook and Instagram ads.
One of them, The Alaska Navigator, bills itself as “independent news covering the Last Frontier.” It isn’t.
It published stories such as “As Fentanyl Deaths Rise in Alaska, Sullivan Pushes Tougher Penalties and Enforcement,” crediting Republican Sen. Dan Sullivan with leading the fight – even though he neither wrote nor originally sponsored the legislation in question.
Similar sites have popped up in Maine, Ohio, Iowa, Georgia, and New Hampshire, each carefully named and branded to resemble hometown journalism.
The report says One Nation spent roughly $200,000 to $275,000 promoting the sites through Meta ads. The ads disclosed they were paid for by One Nation, but only disclose that the sites themselves are also owned and operated by One Nation in a tiny font at the bottom of the page.
The most brazen detail may be that the Alaska Navigator’s domain wasn’t even registered until March 2026, yet it already displayed articles dating back to January!
The source code shows those earlier stories were generated with a WordPress plugin called – wait for it – FakerPress, software designed to create placeholder content so a website looks older and more established than it actually is.
Some of the sites went further and simply stole articles from real newsrooms. One Georgia site allegedly copied the full text of an 11Alive story and presented it as its own.
Since One Nation is a nonprofit, it doesn’t have to disclose its donors, so the public has no way of knowing who is funding this operation. The group did not respond to requests for comment.
Under Trump, Republicans have built an entire political brand around denouncing “fake news.” Now we learn one of their most influential dark money groups has been manufacturing websites that look like independent local journalism while quietly feeding campaign messaging to voters who have no idea who’s really behind the headlines.
Trump calls legitimate reporting “fake news.” His minions are out here building the real thing.
If a Republican dark money group creating fake local news sites while the party screams about “fake news” has you furious, like and share.
The hypocrisy is off the friggin' charts here. Like and share if you agree.
BREAKING: "GELATINOUS BLOBS!" Elizabeth Warren unloads on Republicans who "bow down" to Trump!
Sen. Elizabeth Warren didn't mince words when asked whether Republicans in Congress are powerless to stop Donald Trump.
"No!" the Massachusetts Democrat exclaimed.
Speaking with Pablo Reports in a Capitol hallway, Warren rejected the argument that Senate Republicans have no ability to rein in the president, insisting they simply refuse to use the power they already have.
"Look, the Republicans have the majority," Warren said. "They could constrain Donald Trump on the war. They could constrain him on these slimy tax deals. They could constrain him on his corruption.
The list is long, but to do that, they would actually have to grow a spine."
"So far, what we have around here are a bunch of gelatinous blobs who, whatever Donald Trump wants to do, they just bow down and say, 'Okay.' It's disgusting."
Asked in a follow-up about Todd Blanche's confirmation as attorney general despite Democratic objections, Warren didn't hesitate.
"More gelatinous blobs!" 📷
Warren's remarks come as Democrats have grown increasingly frustrated that Republican majorities in Congress have continued backing Trump through a series of controversial decisions, including military action against Iran, ethics controversies and the confirmation of close Trump allies to powerful positions in his administration.
The senator's language was unusually blunt, but her underlying argument was straightforward. Republicans control Congress. If they wanted to challenge Trump on war powers, ethics or legislation, they have the votes to try.
Warren's point wasn't that they lack the authority to act. It was that they lack the principles, the integrity, and the moral fortitude to do so out of fear for their political careers.
If you agree with Sen. Warren, please like and share this post.
BREAKING: LOVE IT! Dr. Abdul El-Sayed says he can't wait to be a senator so that he can "grill" MAGA quack RFK Jr. about all of his insane medical conspiracy theories since he's an actual doctor.
We'd pay good money to watch this hearing...
"I can't wait to sit across RFK Jr. and actually grill him. Dude uses big words he does not understand and I happen to go to medical school so I kind of understand them," El-Sayed said during an appearance on CNN.
"It is going to be a good time holding him accountable for all of the grift that he has pushed on the American public," he added.
"So if you win that's the Trump official you most want to see testifying before you in the Senate?" asked Kaitlan Collins.
"I think it's the Trump official that most people would probably like to see me stand up against because look I'm a guy with a doctorate in medicine and in public health he's a guy who takes his kids swimming in Shit's Creek," said El-Sayed.
That is indeed something that we'd love to see. RFK Jr. has done incalculable damage to this country by pushing insane anti-vaccine rhetoric and aiding the Trump White House's gutting of crucial health services and resources.
Best of all, El-Sayed is not just a medical doctor, he's an epidemiologist. Nobody is better equipped to tear through the MAGA lies about the COVID-19 pandemic. And if, God forbid, we experience another widespread viral outbreak under this woefully incompetent administration, El-Sayed will be in a position to save lives.
America needs this man in the U.S. Senate!
Please ❤️ and share if you'd love to see Dr. El-Sayed tear into RFK Jr.!
The Incident: On April 25, 1980, the Trump Organization executed an eviction against Mary Filan, a 74-year-old widow who was partially paralyzed from a recent stroke.
The Location: The eviction occurred at her rent-controlled apartment in Flushing, Queens, where she had lived for over 30 years.
The Dispute: The Trump Organization claimed she owed four months of back rent. However, Filan maintained that her rent was fully paid, stating that her last bill was a minor balance of $10.20, which she had already cleared.
The Aftermath: City marshals and moving crews removed her belongings—including her furniture and jewelry—leaving her sitting on a laundry hamper in the apartment. Due to the trauma and her medical condition, neighbors and city social services arranged for her immediate admission to a local hospital.
Joe Conason for the Village Voice in May 1980 under the headline "Trump Evicts Stroke Victim, 74." The case also received brief coverage in The New York Times. When questioned at the time, a spokesperson for the Trump Organization stated that management handled those issues and that they "don't get involved with individual cases."
