@ChipReiderson My very modest goal is to get Kelsey Grammer to sign my ticket to the ‘96 ASG and have him puzzled as to why, only to have to explain to him “you sang the anthem.”
@neilbelieves I spend a lot of time there in the shoulder- and off-seasons. A restaurant named Primal (right on Beach Ave.) is my favorite dining experience. Emily Blunt ate there during Disclosure Day production.
@DetroitAthlDept@nut_history Came here to say this. I’m a Philly fan but made sure my TV was tuned go ESPN 2 at 7:30 on 3/26/97.
Often, “rivalries” are one team repeatedly beating up on another that is clearly a tier below. Not the case with this one.
@sportsology Personally, I went in expecting a triple episode length, expanded budget, continuation of the series (which I already enjoy) and that's what I got in my opinion. No qualms.
@ChipReiderson Best part of the shittiest movie was his cousin (?) George Washington Duke. I grew up in Kensington around the corner from Adrian & Paulie’s (where they moved back into in 5), and this cat would actually chat with us assembled hoodlums between takes.
@ChipReiderson I forget which Dallas media sycophant said it, but they were aghast that Romo got the shit booed out of him at the Linc in that 2016 finale. Thought the crowd should’ve applauded his career.
I am thankful, though, that Rodgers nipped that in the ass a couple weeks later.
Quite possibly the dumbest thing ESP has ever uttered.
AJ signed a new $ deal early ‘24, team went 21-3 (including the SB), then he requested a trade.
Want to part amicably? Cool.
Only people “owed” anything are those remaining with the organization.
-Is Howie Roseman going to hold out for best possible A.J. Brown trade?
-@Bighugh53 is still holding the line
-James Harden: Loser
-ESP: Eagles owe it to Brown to trade him soon? Lie detector results 😑

@byjoelanderson@yc I think an important piece of context is that when the Packers - the team that knew him best - had an opening, they went outside the org for Ray Rhodes coming off a 3-13 year. Wolf (GM) & Favre stumped for him to get an HC job in prior years, right up until they had one to offer.
@DavidJo55757507@JoeTheCynic Living through Eric Lindros’ career numbed me to all of this. He was 24 when they got swept by the Red Wings. Would go on to play another 10 playoff games in his entire career. 7 with the Flyers, one of those being the Scott Stevens kill shot game.
