@DsouzaJair@bainjal These laws were certainly not made by sages. They were made by clever people who wanted to control the society and put themselves as her masters!

I happen to have documents other than voter ID and Aadhaar card. But can’t help asking:
If I have trouble establishing my citizenship after representing India in three countries, what’s the fate of the common citizen?
Ease of Living, I presume!
@sushilskinner I don't know if congress is mocking. Any rational person will mock the attempts to call this great work or bring it back. I understand the context part. I admit the caste system designed has worked so beautifully (and regressively) that victims themselves accepted it willingly.
@sushilskinner Sir, why do you think Manusmriti is relevant today? Do you think OBC, SC and tribals will prefer it than Constiution? And remember, Jats are OBCs in some states too. Any community worth its salt will not accept inferior status when the Constitution provides them equality!
This might not make me popular but I remain continuously impressed by Carney: to me, one of the few (if not the only) genuine statesman in the West.
It genuinely takes incredible balls and statesmanship - especially for Canada, arguably the western country that's most dependent on the US - to walk away from the table and match Trump's tariffs China-style.
Europe, with far less dependence on the US and considerably more resources than Canada, just pathetically caved and signed on Trump's humiliating terms when in the same situation.
