At least WECA staff didn’t join in wrecking the careers of those that suffered under this man, as I did. Norris is a defence witness, along with HR Director, DCEO and Vice Chair of @LeagueACS in my claims against him and LACS. https://t.co/s5VcZCTCq6
@LeagueACS witness for the trial in the High Court are Norris, Clifford, Hughes, Luffingham, Hack and Morton. My next application will be heard by the ET on 15 October.

@LeagueACS claims that I “caused or contributed to” my own losses and injuries. I hope staff read this; all that harassment I took for you was my fault and the Charity didn’t really know about it! The thousands of pages of evidence will be public soon. https://t.co/os7F06JvcN

This is what happens when you call out Norris. I resigned when it I could cope no more, but without asking for cash. In response, @LeagueACS stopped my pay to try to force my silence yet again, making it look like I was sacked. Luffingham and Hack’s handy work made it so!
The @WestofEnglandCA accounts are out. Norris and Peacock managed to double the payouts thru that autumn 2024 cull to revenge the bus wrap report. But who got £28k this year?
Sadly the Employment Tribunal Judge has postponed the hearing today, for up to 6 mnths to decide my application to stay proceedings there. The High Court had already ruled it will hear my case first, but @LeagueACS wants to get a different decision from ET. We are seeking costs.
The High Court has ruled my claims to heard there first. @LeagueACS is trying to get a different answer from the ET on Wed. Witnesses/Defendants for Dan Norris & LACS are those whose actions hurt me most: Norris, Hughes, Clifford, Luff, Hack + Morton. After the care I showed them
@LeagueACS has filed the court papers 2 days before the hearing of my third my application. Just seen their witness list. What a difference a year makes; people who I trusted and wrote leaving letters to thank them. Wasn’t taking my pay enough for them? Looking forward to court.

What a way to be recognised for the wins I brought League, at huge cost to me, protecting staff from the attacks that I endured. When I left they, ramped up the pressure, withheld my P45 and references to stop me getting a job. They stole my future & the hunting ban I secured.
Finally paid today; after the @LeagueACS admitted liability for breach of contract. No apology from these ‘trust’ees, https://t.co/o44RqaF21D who are now liable for all losses arising, incl legal fees that will likely dwarf the £30k they stole. That’s tiny compared to my losses
After 14 mnths the Defendant has admitted liability 4 breaching my contract. High Court will determine why? Contracts @LeagueACS are worthless. https://t.co/G9dzi98OE7 All involved in my harassment destroying my career will be included in my evidence. After all I did 4 animals!
Today a Judge refused an application by defendant to stay legal proceedings in the High Court. My harassment allegations against @LeagueACS will be heard! The HC can compel release of all evidence, much still withheld. Thanks to my lawyers, Helen Clifford & Andrew Hogarth KC.
An article has been published in The Times confusing 2 people with the same surname, a genuine mistake by the author. I was unaware of the article and have asked for a correction. As for my alleged harassment, well documented including by police, that will be heard in court(s).
Dear Michelle, I am so sad, but not surprised to hear that. My stalker also been charged after many years of harassment. Giving you all my public support here, and will be in touch. You didn’t deserve this. Until you experience it, you have no idea of the distress it brings.
📢 Official Statement from [Charity Name]
We are relieved to share that an individual who has caused significant distress to both myself and our charity has been officially charged today with stalking.
For the past year, I was forced into hiding due to serious threats against my safety, all stemming from our charity’s support of a high-profile case. This has been an incredibly challenging time, but today marks an important step towards justice.
While this brings a sense of relief, we recognize that there are still legal proceedings ahead. Our focus remains on the vital work we do—helping vulnerable dogs and continuing our mission without fear or intimidation.
We want to thank our supporters for standing by us through these difficult times. Your kindness and encouragement mean the world, and we will keep moving forward, stronger than ever.

You had a great tour Chris and weathered a lot of storms. Hats off to your Board and staff, who have bestowed on you the recognition you deserve on leaving. You have a great career still ahead of you, bringing more wins to good causes.
Today marks my last day as Chief Executive of @RSPCA_official. I'm incredibly proud of all that we have achieved together during my six and a half years as the CEO of this amazing charity which transforms the lives of animals every day. Here's my last post before I join @NSPCC 👇
Apropos not much, I was reading an employee grievance claim today that mentioned an inappropriate text msg from a council chief executive to a top woman official. Makes you wonder why there hasn't been a #Me2 moment in local government.
