@igarglewithfire@howertonjosh There’s nothing biblical that commands us to vote. If the choices are evil, we simply opt out.
Making peace with evil is never an option as a believer.
Plus, there’s no voting out of this, ever.

🔸 October 30 - Saints Zenobios and Zenobia 🔸
Today, we commemorate the Holy Martyrs and Siblings Saints Zenobios and Zenobia. They suffered for Christ in the year 290 AD during the persecutions of the Roman Emperor Diocletian. Saints Zenobios and Zenobia were brother and sister from the town of Aegea in the region of Cilicia (modern-day Yumurtalık in the Adana province of Turkey). They inherited the true faith and great material wealth from their parents. After the death of their parents, they worked tirelessly for the faith, and with great love, they distributed all their wealth to the poor.
Because of their generosity, the hand of God shielded them from every evil intent of men and demons. Zenobios was endowed by God with the gift of miracle-working, and healed the sick of every kind of infirmity merely by touching them. For his spiritual zeal and great show of love to the people, he was appointed Bishop of Aegea. In the year 290, during the Diocletian persecutions, the prefect Lysias arrested Bishop Zenobios and said: “I offer you two choices: life or death; life if you worship the gods, or death if you do not.” Bishop Zenobios replied: “Life without Christ is not life but death, whereas death for the sake of Christ is not death but life.”
For this bold declaration of his faith, Bishop Zenobios was sentenced by a judge to suffer cruel tortures, including being hanged from a trestle while his body was dismembered. His faithful sister Zenobia came to the judge in anger and said: “I also want to drink from this cup of suffering, and be crowned with that wreath.” The judge ordered the siblings to both be stretched out on an iron bed and covered with boiling coals, after which they were thrown into boiling pitch. At that moment, the heavens opened up, and the martyrs were cooled by rainfall. Finally, the holy brother and sister were beheaded, and thus they received their crowns of eternal glory.
