I love people, but it's just so incredibly stressful to work with them sometimes. I'm better off being an independent worker.

@KayBirchall you tap on different pressure points (temples, forehead, etc) and repeat a mantra to yourself. It works wonders!

@KayBirchall there's a method of tapping called acupressure I was taught as a kid to control my anxiety.
